    • Biography

      Sokolov Oleksandr Viktorovych was born on October 23, 1988 in the Cherkasy region. He lived in the urban-type settlement of Tsvitkov, Cherkasy district, Cherkasy region. During the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was a senior soldier, a gunner in the machine gun platoon of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians. He was killed on June 26, 2022 during a fierce battle in the Donetsk region. He was buried in his homeland.
