Oleksandr V. Stepovyk

Stepovyk Oleksandr Vasylovych was born on September 17, 1972 in the village of Yurkivka, Zvenyhorodsky district, Cherkasy region. He lived in the city of Uman. He was a participant in the hostilities during the ATO in eastern Ukraine. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he was a sergeant, an operator-gunner of the mechanized company of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians. He was killed on July 6, 2022 near the city of Bakhmut, Donetsk region. He was buried in the city of Uman, Cherkasy region.
