Oleksandr V. Tepenchak

Tepenсhak Oleksandr Vasylovych was born on August 25, 1977 in the city of Korostyshiv in the Zhytomyr region. After graduating from secondary school No. 5 in his hometown, he studied at the Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University. He then worked as a professional - a sports orienteering coach in the city of Dnipropetrovsk. He became a candidate for the title of Master of Sports in sports orienteering. Later, he worked as a milling machine operator. In 2014, with the beginning of the war in Eastern Ukraine, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of the Anti-Terrorist Operation. He was discharged in 2016 with the rank of junior sergeant. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was immediately called up for mobilization. He was killed on March 20, 2022 during the defense of the village of Solodke in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region. Oleksandr Tepenсhak was buried on July 1, 2022 in his native Korostyshiv in the Zhytomyr region.
