- Born on January 8, 1978, in the city of Stary Krym, Kirovsky District of the Crimean Region (now - Islyamteretsky District, Autonomous Republic of Crimea). Graduated from a general education school, then from the Crimean State Medical University named after S.I. Georgievsky (city of Simferopol, Autonomous Republic of Crimea). Worked as a pediatrician. Since 2004, lived and worked in the city of Kherson. In the winter of 2013-2014, he was an active participant in the Revolution of Dignity and the Kherson Automaidan. In August 2014, he was mobilized as a volunteer into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a sanitary instructor in the 3rd separate airborne battalion "Phoenix" of the 79th separate airborne brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0224, city of Mykolaiv). Since November 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Doc." On February 21, 2015, a reconnaissance group of paratroopers consisting of 7 people, including senior soldier Yevsyukov, was ambushed by a sabotage and reconnaissance group of the enemy in the village of Shyrokyne, Volnovakha District, Donetsk Region. The paratroopers took up circular defense. During the battle, senior soldier Yevsyukov was killed as a result of shelling of the reconnaissance group's positions from a tank and mortars. The paratroopers held out for a day. The next day, February 22, Ukrainian military conducted a successful operation to unblock the unit. On February 24, 2015, he was buried at the memorial to fallen soldiers of the anti-terrorist operation at the Geologists Cemetery in the city of Kherson.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
