Oleksii O. Karpiuk

Oleksiy Oleksandrovych Karpyuk was born on September 5, 1967 in the Vinnytsia region. When Oleksiy was one year old, the family moved to the city of Zbarazh in the Ternopil region. He studied at Zbarazh School No. 3. He lived with his family in the city of Ternopil. By education, he was an agronomist, but he changed his profession and was a repair master. He was a successful entrepreneur. On February 25, 2022, he volunteered to go to the front. He was a platoon commander of the guard company of the Ternopil TCC and SP. In June 2022, he was sent to the 24th separate mechanized brigade. He died on October 3, 2022 in battles in the area of the village of Sukhyi Stavok in the Kherson region. He was buried on October 9, 2022 on the Alley of Heroes of the Mykulynets cemetery in the city of Ternopil.
