Oleksii S. Dulnev

Senior Soldier Oleksii Dulnev on March 15, 2022, during an enemy mortar attack near the town of Kurakhove in his native Donetsk region. Oleksii was born in the city of Bakhmut. He worked as a storeroom keeper at a plant for processing non-ferrous metals, issuing tools to the plant workers. He was tactful, cheerful, and friendly. On February 21, 2022, Oleksii turned 38 years old. And three days later, the full-scale war began, and the man as part of the 46th Separate Assault Battalion "Donbas" went to defend his native Donetsk region. "He never passed by those who needed help, he was just a kind person. At work and in life, there were often situations when people turned to him and said: 'Please do this, because no one else can do it better,'" said Tetiana Chernikova, head of the organization department of the Bakhmut City Council, to journalists. Acquaintances and friends remember Oleksii as a kind, friendly, cheerful, reliable, good, and responsible person. Oleksii always came to help. The defender was buried in his native Bakhmut. He is survived by his parents, brother, wife, son, and daughter.
