The fighter sustained a fatal shrapnel wound to the head as a result of enemy shelling. The defender was 42 years old. Pavlo was born in the village of Mali Moshkivtsi in the Zhytomyr region. From the age of 8, he lived with his family in the village of Chervona Sloboda in the Kyiv region. In 1996, he graduated from Chervonaslobodsk Secondary School. He then acquired a profession as a radio mechanic for servicing and repairing radio and television equipment at Kyiv Vocational Technical School No. 8, and a year later obtained a specialty as a third-class locksmith-electromontage at Kyiv Vocational Technical School No. 35. With the start of the full-scale invasion, Pavlo again took up the defense of Ukraine. He served in the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great. “We planned to get married in the spring of 2022... Pavlo was a wonderful person, sensitive, kind, wise, attentive, and hardworking. He confidently pursued his goals. He loved life, travel, the sea, and the mountains. He was respected at work. His friends loved him very much. I am sure that Pavlo would have been a wonderful family man, husband, and father. He loved children and really wanted a son or daughter. But, unfortunately, many of his plans were not destined to come true,” said the beloved of the fallen, Larysa. The defender was buried in the village of Chervona Sloboda in the Kyiv region. An oak tree grew near his grave. Pavlo is survived by his mother, stepfather, sister, nieces and nephews, and fiancée.
