Pavlo P. Rusakov

Born on January 19, 1981, in the urban-type settlement of Orgtud, Kameshkovsky District, Vladimir Oblast, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic of the USSR (now a microdistrict within the Frunzensky District of the city of Vladimir, Russian Federation). In 1992, he moved with his family to the village of Novoandriivka, Novhorodkivsky District, Kirovohrad Oblast. In 1998, he graduated from the general education school in the village of Novoandriivka. From 1998, he studied in the "Law" department of the historical faculty of Kirovohrad State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko, but was drafted into the army in his second year. He served his mandatory military service in the air defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After the army, he worked in the penitentiary service, as an operator of the gas boiler house of the Novoandriivskyi educational complex "General Education School I-III degrees - preschool educational institution," and as a builder in the private agricultural firm "MYUNNT" (the city of Novhorodka, Kirovohrad Oblast). On August 22, 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a service number in the 28th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0666, urban-type settlement Chornomorske, Kominternivskyi (since 2016 - Lymanskyi) District, Odesa Oblast). Since the fall of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On November 4, 2014, sergeant Rusakov was killed at a checkpoint near the village of Velyka Vasyliivka, Amvrosiivskyi District, Donetsk Oblast. He is buried in the cemetery of the village of Novoandriivka, Novhorodkivsky District, Kirovohrad Oblast.
