- 46-year-old artilleryman Pavlo Voinalovych was killed on May 7, 2023 near the village of Katerynivka in the Donetsk region. While carrying out a combat mission, he came under enemy artillery fire and sustained a fatal mine-explosive injury. Pavlo was from the village of Novooleksandrivka in the Mykolaiv region. After finishing school, he obtained the qualification of a mechanical technician at the Kryvyi Rih Coke and Chemical Technical School. Since then, he had settled in Kryvyi Rih. For some time, he worked as a driver at a municipal transport enterprise. Then he served his mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For over 20 years, he worked at the Kryvyi Rih Iron Ore Plant, holding various positions. Before the invasion, he was an electrical fitter at the Kryvorizka mine. In his free time, he loved to tinker and build. He adored his family and dreamed of teaching his son everything. During the full-scale war, in April 2022, the man was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 55th Separate Artillery Brigade "Zaporizhia Sich" as a gun layer. "He was very responsible, infinitely patient. He loved us unconditionally. Family was always the top priority for Pasha. A very caring father, he dreamed of teaching his son everything he knew. He dreamed of playing with his grandchildren and always said he would live to be 90. He had a lot of plans for life. My friends said not everyone is as lucky with their husband as I am. Husband and son - this is the best in my life," said the widow of the fallen. The defender was buried at the Central Cemetery in Kryvyi Rih. Pavlo Voinalovych left behind his wife Maryna, son Nazarii, other relatives, friends and comrades-in-arms. The soldier Pavlo Voinalovych was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
