- Born on September 3, 1991, in the village of Oleksandrivka, Malovyskivskyi district, Kirovohrad region. After the death of his father, he moved to live permanently with his aunt's family in the urban-type settlement of Tsybuliv, Monastyryshche district, Cherkasy region. He graduated from a general education school. He worked at the Tsybuliv sugar factory. He served his mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the spring of 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as the chief sergeant - commander of the combat vehicle of the 7th mechanized platoon of the 6th mechanized company of the 2nd mechanized battalion of the 72nd separate guards mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167, city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region). Since 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He took part in battles for the cities of Amvrosiivka, Volnovakha, and the village of Hranitne in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region. On March 3, 2015, at around 15:30, as a result of shelling with an anti-tank guided missile at the positions of the 2nd mechanized battalion near the village of Hranitne in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region, conducted by a reconnaissance and sabotage group of illegal armed formations from an area 3.5 kilometers west of the village of Pervomaiske (Deep Ravine) in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region, a ZIL-131 cargo truck was destroyed. As a result of the shelling, soldier Kizim was killed, and two other servicemen were wounded.
