- Born on August 14, 1975, in the village of Mohylivka, Zhmerinka district, Vinnytsia region. In 1992, he graduated from the secondary school in the village of Mohylivka. He studied at the Tulchyn Veterinary Technical School (the city of Tulchyn, Vinnytsia region). After completing the 3rd year of the technical school, he was drafted into the army. He served his mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the medical and sanitary unit of the military unit (the city of Donetsk). After the army, he continued his studies at the Tulchyn Veterinary Technical School, which he graduated with honors. He worked as a veterinarian in the villages of Ryzhavka, Potoky in the Zhmerinka district, and in the village of Sloboda-Dashkivetska in the Vinnytsia district of Vinnytsia region. After the collapse of the collective farm, he worked as a fitter, then as a foreman repairing tram tracks at the tram-trolleybus depot in the city of Vinnytsia. On August 21, 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Zhmerinka United City District Military Commissariat of Vinnytsia region. He served as a senior rifleman in the 30th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409 (field post V2731), city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region). Since the fall of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He was a participant in the battles for the city of Debaltseve in Donetsk region. On February 18, 2015, soldier Sheptytsky was killed while changing positions during an artillery shelling of the village of Kamyanka in the Artemivsk (now Bakhmut) district of Donetsk region near the city of Debaltseve in Donetsk region. On February 24, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Mohylivka, Zhmerinka district, Vinnytsia region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
