Petro O. Korol (Tymur)

King Petro Oleksiyovych was born on December 21, 1997, in the village of Prymorske (Autonomous Republic of Crimea). In 2018, he joined the 8th Special Forces Regiment because he had a desire to free his land from the occupier. In 2021, he transferred to "Azov." He was an advocate of a healthy lifestyle, engaged in sports, and loved running. He saw the beauty of this world through the lens of a film camera. His hobby was playing the guitar, and he loved to play and sing for his friends. He was an assistant grenade launcher in the 1st squad of the reconnaissance platoon of the special purpose reconnaissance battalion of the operational purpose regiment "Azov." He was a co-founder of the military community "Company Group Team." He was killed on March 10, 2022, during the defense of the city of Mariupol in the Donetsk region. He was awarded the "Cossack Cross" of the II degree. He was awarded the honorary badge "For Exemplary Military Service" of the III degree. For personal courage and heroism demonstrated in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and for loyalty to the military oath, King Petro Oleksiyovych was posthumously awarded the Order "For Courage" of the III degree. Farewell to the warrior took place on June 10, 2023, at the Kyiv crematorium.
