Petro V. Draiuk

A 31-year-old soldier, Petro Draiuuk, was killed in action near the village of Moschun in Kyiv region in March 2022. Petro was born in Cherkasy region, but later his family moved to Poltava region. He received higher education at the Poltava National Technical Yuriy Kondratyuk University. After completing his studies, he worked as a builder in Kyiv. He couldn't stand being idle for even a minute, so he preferred active recreation. He loved riding his motorcycle, which he had repaired himself. He was an eternal adventurer, kind, cheerful, and always joking. He had many friends. On the second day of the full-scale war, February 25, 2022, Petro went to defend Ukraine. He joined the ranks of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians. Together with his comrades, they defended Kyiv region. The warrior left behind his parents, sister, and grandmother.
