Robert I. Lukachek (Roberto)

Junior Sergeant Robert Lukachek (call sign Roberto) died on January 15, 2023 in the area of the village of Vodiane in the Donetsk region. During the performance of a combat mission, he suffered a fatal explosive injury. The defender was 41 years old. Robert was a native of the city of Khust in the Zakarpattia region. He graduated from the Ivan Franko Drohobych State Pedagogical University. In civilian life, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activities, founded the LLC "Your pawnshop "Lukachek and Company". In his free time, he loved to play football. The man joined the ranks of the defenders at the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion. He fought in the ranks of the 115th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "Rest in peace, dad..." - wrote the daughter of the deceased. Robert was buried at the Central Cemetery in the city of Khust. He is survived by his parents Ivan and Natalia, his wife Olesya and daughter Kateryna. The military was posthumously awarded the medal "For Military Service to Ukraine".
