Roman M. Zvaryshchuk

Born on August 10, 1982, in the urban-type settlement of Teplik, Teplik District, Vinnytsia Oblast. Graduated from a general education school. On August 4, 2015, mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Bershad-Teplik United District Military Commissariat of Vinnytsia Oblast. Served as a machine gunner in the 40th Separate Artillery Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit field post V3500, city of Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv Oblast). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. During military service in the area of the city of Volnovakha, Donetsk Oblast, soldier Zvaryshchuk fell ill with pneumonia. He was treated at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Hospital named after I.I. Mechnikov (city of Dnipro), where he died on May 14, 2016, from complications after pneumonia. On May 17, 2016, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Teplik, Teplik District, Vinnytsia Oblast.
