Biography
With the beginning of anti-state armed unrest in the East in the spring of 2014, he volunteered to defend his native land and joined the battalion "Temur." After the commander Temur Yuldashev was captured, Roman moved to Dnipropetrovsk, where he joined the Ministry of Internal Affairs battalion "Dnipro-1." He was the commander of the 2nd platoon of the 5th "Donetsk" company with the rank of junior sergeant of the police. He defended Mariupol, the village of Pisky, and Donetsk airport. At the end of 2014, he transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to the 3rd Special Purpose Regiment.Military service
