He studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", where he obtained a degree in industrial electronics engineering. "Roma was a person who always gathered people around him. He was the one who ignited a spark in the soul of everyone who communicated with him at least once. He has left behind a lot of friends who still do not believe that he will not return. His parents are waiting forRoma to come home every day. And I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life for what he did for me and my son. And he continues to do so, even though he is no longer by my side," said Yevheniia Tsyhel, the wife of the fallen hero.
