Roman V. Dulianytskyi (Romes)

Sergeant Roman Dulyanytskyy (call sign Romes) was killed on June 28, 2023 while performing his duties near the village of Bila Hora in the Donetsk region. The defender's life was cut short by enemy artillery shelling. The soldier was 40 years old. Roman was born in Rivne. He obtained an education as an electrician. He was married. He lived with his family in the village of Koptevychivka, Kyiv region. He worked at LLC "Promin-Food" (Boryspil). He was interested in computer games, loved music and documentary programs about the war. During the full-scale invasion, the man joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine to protect his home and family from the enemy. He initially fought as part of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade. Then he became a fighter of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign. "Dad was a very positive and sincere person, he always loved the truth and his country. Everyone remembers him with a smile. Thank you, dad, for always being with us and protecting us. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, he has taken under his wing not only our family, but also Ukraine," said Darya Dulyanytsʼka. The warrior was buried in the village of Koptevychivka, Kyiv region. At home, his wife, three daughters, parents and sister were waiting for Roman.
