- Soldier Roman Dulik (call sign Mongol) was killed on October 29, 2022, while performing a combat mission near the village of Pavlivka in the Donetsk region. The warrior was 36 years old. Roman was born and lived in the village of Malyi Stydyn, Rivne region. He received secondary education at the local school. He then graduated from the Kostopil Technological College. He served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He worked as a builder. He got married and started a family. In his free time, he loved to go mushroom picking. During the full-scale war, Roman joined the defense of Ukraine as part of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians. Since May, he has been carrying out combat missions together with his comrades-in-arms at the front line. "He was a very good person, responsible. He loved his daughters very much," said the wife of the fallen Roman. "The name of the Hero Roman Dulik is forever inscribed in the history of independent Ukraine! We express our sincere condolences to the family, relatives, and friends of the fallen hero! We share your grief, mourn with you. The best of us are leaving! Endless honor to the fallen for the Motherland! Eternal, bright memory to the Hero of Ukraine!" - wrote on the page of the Kostopil City Council. Roman was buried in his native village.
