Rostyslav R. Tkachenko

Tkachенко Rostyslav Ruslanovych was born on May 12, 2000, in the village of Zavadivka, Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi district, Cherkasy region. He lived in the city of Kaharlyk, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region. With the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was called up for mobilization as a priority. He served in the 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade. He was killed on March 20, 2022, in the city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region. On March 31, 2022, the Kaharlyk community bid farewell to the soldier on his final journey. For personal bravery and selfless actions demonstrated in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and fidelity to the military oath, Tkachенко Rostyslav Ruslanovych was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" III degree.
