    • Biography

      Sokolovsky Rostyslav Serhiyovych was born on May 5, 1989, in the village of Matusiv, Shpola district, Cherkasy region. Since 2016, he has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he was a junior sergeant, the commander of a self-propelled artillery platoon gun of the 36th separate marine brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Bilinsky. He was killed on April 9, 2022, in Mariupol.
