- Born on January 23, 1981, in the village of Klebanivka, Pidvolochysk district, Ternopil region. Graduated from the general education school (now an educational and training complex) of the village of Klebanivka, then from the vocational technical school in the city of Volochysk, Khmelnytskyi region (now Volochysk Industrial and Agricultural Vocational Lyceum) with a specialty in "carpentry." Served mandatory military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a sapper. On August 1, 2014, he was mobilized as a volunteer into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a sapper in the engineering-sapper company of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778 (field post V4673), city of Mukacheve, Zakarpattia region). From summer to autumn 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On November 28, 2014, soldier Holembiovskiy was killed near the village of Chervonyi Zhovten (since 2016 - Sotenne) in the Stanytsia Luhanska district of Luhansk region, having detonated a tripwire. On December 5, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Klebanivka, Pidvolochysk district, Ternopil region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
