Ruslan M. Luzhevskyi

Born on August 31, 1975, in the village of Voloshynivka, Baryshivskyi district, Kyiv region. Studied at the local secondary school. After completing his mandatory service in the airborne troops, he graduated from the SBU Academy and continued his work in the system of the Security Service of Ukraine. For exemplary performance of military duty, he was repeatedly rewarded by the leadership of the SBU and other law enforcement agencies. Recognized as a master of shooting in Ukraine, a multiple participant and prizewinner of international, nationwide, and Kyiv shooting tournaments, a master of sports in shooting and hand-to-hand combat.
