- Biography
  Ruslan Petrovych Tiukh was born on February 4, 1975 in Khmilnytskyi. He is an engineer by education. He has been operating UAVs for over 23 years. In 2019, he underwent training in Turkey, where he received a certificate and permit confirming his right to operate the Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial complex. He was temporarily acting as the head of the Unmanned Aerial Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was killed on July 22, 2022.
