Ruslan P. Vivcharyk

Ruslan Pavlovych Vivcharyk was born on May 23, 1973, in the village of Shmankovychky, Chortkiv district, Ternopil region. He worked as a mechanic at the local breeding station and then at a private enterprise. He was mobilized in the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. He served in the 8th battalion of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade, where he repaired military equipment. At the beginning of 2023, he was rotated to the East of Ukraine. He died on February 12, 2023, while performing a combat mission near the village of Bilohorivka in the Donetsk region. He was buried on February 17, 2023, in his native village. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, and three grandchildren.
