- Born on July 5, 1977, in the village of Hlynsk, Zdolbuniv district, Rivne region. In 1994, he graduated from the general education school of the village of Hlynsk, then from vocational technical school No. 11 in the city of Rivne (now Rivne Professional Lyceum) with a specialty in "milling machine operator-programmer." In the 1990s, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (city of Rivne). After the army, he graduated from vocational technical school No. 16 in the urban-type settlement of Kvasyliv, Rivne district, Rivne region (now Kvasyliv Professional Lyceum) with a specialty in "gas welder." He worked as a gas welder at the Zdolbuniv auto repair plant in the city of Zdolbuniv, Rivne region, then in a household in the village of Hlynsk. In August 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent training at the Yavoriv military training ground in the Yavoriv district of Lviv region. He served as a squad commander in the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778 (field post V4673), city of Mukacheve, Transcarpathian region). Since the fall of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On December 25, 2014, junior sergeant Palichuk died while on duty at a checkpoint in the area of the city of Lysychansk, Luhansk region. On January 1, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Hlynsk, Zdolbuniv district, Rivne region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
