Ruslan V. Bortsov

Ruslan Volodymyrovych Bortsyv was born on October 1, 1995, in Volnovakha, Donetsk region. Since 2017, he has been a participant in the combat operations of the Russo-Ukrainian war. He served in the 503rd Separate Battalion of the Marine Corps. He was killed on April 8, 2022, near the town of Kurakhove, Donetsk region. He was buried on April 13, 2022, on the Alley of Heroes of the Yagilnytsky cemetery in Chortkiv, Ternopil region. In Chortkiv, the hero left behind a wife and child, who managed to evacuate in time from the active combat zone.
