- Born on December 14, 1984, in the village of Maksymivka, Kremenchuk district, Poltava region. In 2002, he graduated from the general education school (now an educational and training complex) in the village of Maksymivka, then attended a driving school. He worked at the Private Agricultural Enterprise "Kolos" (village of Maksymivka). From April 2004 to 2005, he served in the military service in military unit 3059 of the Central Territorial Command of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region). After his compulsory service, he worked as a driver in the special regiment "Titan" of the State Guard Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, then as a long-distance driver for a private entrepreneur, and as a driver in the Limited Liability Company "Svit Oliya" (city of Svitlovodsk, Kirovohrad region). He transported goods to Poland, Turkey, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, and Belarus. On August 4, 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a senior driver of an armored personnel carrier in the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0501, village of Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka, Chuhuiv city council, Kharkiv region). Since the fall of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He served at the checkpoint "Fasad" near the city of Shchastia in the Novoaidar district of Luhansk region. On November 21, 2014, during his duty at the checkpoint near the city of Shchastia, a mine launched by separatists exploded next to him and senior soldier Kryvchenko. The shrapnel from the mine severed the soldier's artery. During transportation to the hospital, soldier Kryvchenko died from significant blood loss. On November 26, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Maksymivka, Kremenchuk district, Poltava region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
