Serhii I. Kravets (Khimik)

Senior soldier Serhii Kravets (call sign Krava) was killed on July 25, 2022 near the village of Bilohorivka in the Kherson region. While carrying out a combat mission, the soldier came under enemy artillery fire and received a fatal head injury. He was forever 29 years old. Serhii was born in the village of Nova Rafalivka, Rivne region. He studied at the local boarding school. He obtained the profession of a carpenter at the Manevychi Higher Vocational School. He worked as a driver, a construction worker, and repeatedly went abroad to earn money. During the full-scale Russian invasion, the man fought for Ukraine in the ranks of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a soldier of the 46th Separate Air Assault Brigade. "Serhii was a loving husband, a wonderful dad, the best brother, a faithful friend, a great godfather and just a good person. He always tried to help everyone. He knew how to listen and support," said Maria, the wife of the deceased's brother. The warrior was buried in his native village. At home, Serhii was awaited by his mother, brother, sister, wife and two daughters.
