  Chernenko Serhiy Mykolayovych was born on September 26, 1982, in the village of Melnykove in the Kharkiv region. He served in the Nikopol military unit, holding the position of deputy commander of the artillery division. He was killed on March 3, 2022, around 22:10 in the territory of the Barvinkove urban community in the Kharkiv region. The enemy shelled the positions of Ukrainian servicemen in response to their destruction of enemy air assault means.
