Serhii M. Chop

Graduated from Bila Tserkva Vocational Technical School No. 15. Served in the ranks of the Airborne Forces during mandatory military service, participated in combat operations on the territory of the Republic of Afghanistan. Later worked at the city grain processing plant and in security structures, was an activist of the veterans' airborne organization. Actively participated in the events of the Revolution of Dignity at the capital's EuroMaidan. After the announcement of partial mobilization in Ukraine, he tried to volunteer for the 24th Territorial Defense Battalion "Aidar" and the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade, but it didn't work out… Ultimately, on August 24, 2014, he was called up for mobilization and sent to the 95th Separate Airborne Brigade.
