Serhii M. Kovnatskyi (Sheva)

Born on August 27, 1995, in the village of Yasenivka, Chervonoarmiyskyi (now Pulin) district of Zhytomyr region. From 2001 to 2004, he studied at the general education school in the village of Yasenivka, Chervonoarmiyskyi (now Pulin) district, from 2004 to 2007 at the general education school in the village of Zelena Polyana, Chervonoarmiyskyi (now Pulin) district, and from 2007 at the general education school in the urban-type settlement of Chervonoarmiysk (now Pulyny), Chervonoarmiyskyi (now Pulin) district, where he completed 9 grades in 2010. In 2013, he graduated from the Chervonoarmiyskyi (now Pulin) vocational lyceum and obtained the profession of "Tractor driver-machine operator in agricultural production, mechanic for the repair of agricultural machines and equipment, driver of motor vehicles." Since April 28, 2016, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281, Zhytomyr city). He participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On March 25, 2018, Senior Soldier Kovnatsky was killed by a sniper's bullet near the "Butivka-Donetsk" mine in the area of the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region. On March 28, 2018, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Pulyny, Pulin district, Zhytomyr region.
