  Born on December 13, 1980, in the village of Svoboda, Berehiv District, Zakarpattia Oblast. Graduated from a general education school. Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Lived in the urban-type settlement of Batyovo, Berehiv District, Zakarpattia Oblast. In 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a rifleman in the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778 (field post V4673), city of Mukacheve, Zakarpattia Oblast). Since 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On September 24, 2014, soldier Kuzmenko was killed while performing a combat mission. He is buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Batyovo, Berehiv District, Zakarpattia Oblast.
