- Born on August 8, 1992, in the city of Mena, Men District, Chernihiv Oblast. In 2009, he graduated from the T.G. Shevchenko General Education School in Mena, and in 2010, he graduated from the Sosnytsky Professional Agrarian Lyceum, obtaining the profession of "Manual Welding Electrician - Driver of Motor Vehicles." From April 2011 to April 2012, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the position of commander of a motor vehicle platoon (military unit A3251). On March 19, 2014, he was mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 1st Separate Guards Tank Brigade of Novgorod, awarded the Orders of the Red Banner, Kutuzov, Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Alexander Nevsky, and the Red Star of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1815, the urban-type settlement of Honcharivske, Chernihiv District, Chernihiv Oblast). From July 24, 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 9, 2014, Junior Sergeant Tytarenko was killed as a result of an enemy shell hitting a 2S3 self-propelled artillery unit during a battle in the area of the urban-type settlement of Chelyuskynets, Lutuhyne District, Luhansk Oblast. He was buried in the cemetery of the city of Mena. In the city of Mena, a memorial plaque was installed on the facade of the T.G.
