Biography
Serhii Petrovych Rasputnyi (call sign "Stiks") was born on July 4, 1987, in Kyiv. He graduated from school No. 294 of grades I-III. He was engaged in his own physical development throughout his life, in particular, in his adolescence, he was passionate about Thai boxing. He was interested in arachnology - the breeding of bird-eating spiders. His wife Yevheniia supported her beloved in his hobby, in fact, it was she who gave Serhii his first spider in 2015. He was not indifferent to history and ancient mythology. It was thanks to this that he chose his call sign. Stiks is one of the rivers of Hades that flowed nine times around the underworld. Serhii was a numismatist, he had a large number of coins, the lion's share of which were specimens of imperial Russia and the Third Reich. He joined the ranks of the Azov regiment at the beginning of 2015, while studying by correspondence at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding. Two years later, Serhii became a father. He loved his daughter Kira very much and dreamed that when she grew up a little, they would travel the world together. During the full-scale Russian invasion, he defended the city of Mariupol. In the besieged city, he sank one Russian Raptor boat and damaged another, but it managed to sail away. He died on April 2, 2022, from a sniper's bullet in Mariupol. For the multi-month defense of the Svitlodarsk Bulge in the Donetsk region, he was awarded the "Cossack Cross" of the III degree. For personal courage and selfless actions in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath, Serhii Petrovych Rasputnyi was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree.Burial place
