      Serhiy Kapelyukha, a native of Znamianka, obtained the specialty of "Assistant Locomotive Engineer". In July 2015, he voluntarily went to perform military service in the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone. In Znamianka, Zaliznychna Street, where Serhiy lived, has been renamed Serhiy Kapelyukha Street.

      Died on November 14, 2015, while being transported to the hospital from injuries sustained due to a mine explosion in combat near the town of Verkhnotoretske in the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region.
