  Died on March 3, 2017, at the Mechnikov Regional Clinical Hospital (Dnipro) from a gunshot wound to the back, received due to careless handling of a weapon by another serviceman at the location of the unit in Avdiivka, Donetsk region.

  Born on April 2, 1987, in the village of Doroshivka, Yampil District, Sumy Region. Served under contract in the 79th Separate Air Assault Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0224, city of Mykolaiv). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On March 3, 2017, soldier Klochkiv died in a medical facility in the city of Dnipro from severe injuries sustained a week earlier during the anti-terrorist operation in Donetsk region. On March 5, 2017, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Doroshivka, Yampil District.
