Serhii V. Ushkevych (Zolotyi)

Ushkevych Serhii Volodymyrovych was born in 1995 in the village of Ozerna, Zboriv district, Ternopil region. In 2014, he graduated from the choreographic department of the Dubno College of Culture and Arts of Rivne State University of Humanities, and the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Pop and Circus Arts. He was involved in sports, acrobatics, and performed on stage, showcasing the art of equilibristics. On February 24, 2022, he was in Kyiv, working in a circus group that was supposed to perform in European countries. Part of the group dispersed, and Serhii joined the defenders of Kyiv. After the battles in the Kyiv region, he became a military instructor in small arms at the 169th Training Center "Desna". Later, he held the frontlines in the Kharkiv direction as part of the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. He was killed on July 17, 2022, in the Kharkiv region. He was buried on July 21, 2022, in his native village.
