Serhii Ye. Shamut

Shamut Serhiy Yevhenovych was born on July 6, 2000, in the village of Krasnosilka, Odesa region. He received his education at Krasnosilska comprehensive school, after which he studied at a vocational school. Since 2021, he has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in a unit of the naval infantry of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was killed on March 28, 2022, during an artillery strike in the village of Orlivka, Donetsk region, while saving a friend. He was buried in his native village. He is survived by his parents, wife, and son.
