Stanislav B. Molchanov (Dzho)

Soldier Stanislav Molchanov (call sign Joe) was killed on August 14, 2022 in the hospital in Pokrovsk. While carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Nevelske in the Donetsk region, he sustained serious injuries during enemy artillery shelling. A month earlier, on July 8, the warrior turned 25 years old. Stanislav was born and lived in Mykolaiv. He studied at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, majoring in "Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics". In peacetime, he worked as an electrician. In 2017-2018, he participated in the ATO / JFO. With the start of the full-scale invasion, he immediately went to the military enlistment office and again stood up to defend the Motherland from the invaders. He served in the 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a senior rifleman. As part of his unit, he defended the Donetsk direction. "Stanislav was always devoted and faithful to the oath. He was a true hero and defender, who risked his life many times and wanted to give everything to achieve victory. Despite all the difficulties, he was always smiling and never told how hard it was for him, he stood courageously and unbreakably. His death was a loss for our whole family. He was a very bright and cheerful person who always came to help. He loved his family and son very much... He so wanted to walk with him hand in hand, but never saw his first steps..." - his wife noted. The defender's body was cremated. At home, Stanislav was awaited by his wife Anastasia, son Akim, loving family and friends.
