- Born on August 26, 1983, in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region. Graduated from the general education school in Kremenchuk, then from vocational school No. 26 in Kremenchuk. Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Worked as an operator at the private enterprise "Production and Trade Company 'Lukas'" (Kremenchuk). On August 6, 2014, he was mobilized as a volunteer into the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Kremenchuk Combined Military Commissariat of the Poltava region. Served as a rifleman in the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0501, village of Kluhino-Bashkyrivka, Chuhuiv City Council, Kharkiv region). He served on the protection of the state border with the Russian Federation in the village of Zemlyanky, Vovchansk district, Kharkiv region. On November 14, 2014, near the village of Budarki, Vovchansk district, Kharkiv region, a conflict arose between soldier Prokhorov and his comrades (a captain and two sergeants) who were in a state of intoxication. During the conflict, after a verbal altercation, the military shot Stanislav Prokhorov with automatic weapons, dragged him towards the border, and buried him in a trench, after which they fled. During operational search activities, the murderers were detained. On November 16, 2014, he was buried in the Sector of Fallen Heroes of the Anti-Terrorist Operation at the Svyshtov Cemetery in Kremenchuk.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
