- Soldier Stanislav Stepanenko (call sign Staho) was killed on May 6, 2023 while carrying out a combat mission near the city of Kreminna in the Luhansk region. The warrior was 42 years old. Stanislav was born in the city of Severodonetsk, Luhansk region. He received secondary education. He worked as a miner. He lived with his family in the city of Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region. In his free time, he loved to fish. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, the man without hesitation decided to go to war to protect his loved ones. Stanislav became a fighter of the 16th Regiment of Public Order Protection named after Major General Oleksandr Radievsky of the National Guard of Ukraine. He took the position of a senior gunner and went to the front line. "He was a courageous and brave person. He fought for the truth, was free in his thoughts and desires. A patriot in every cell of his body," said the wife of the deceased. The defender was buried in the city of Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Stanislav is survived by his wife Anna, son Matvii, daughter Vasylysa, sister Anna, and nephews. The fighter's children were 17 and 9 years old at the time of their father's death, respectively.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
