Stepan F. Ukhanskyi

Born on March 2, 1972, in the village of Tysiv, Bolekhiv City Council, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Graduated from high school. Served in the ranks of the Armed Forces. Served in the special police unit "Berkut" of one of the regional departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Later worked in security services. Called up to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a driver-paramedic in the 10th separate mountain assault brigade of the Operational Command "West" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A4267 (field post V3950), city of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On September 23, 2016, soldier Stepan Ukhansky died while on duty in the Marinka district of Donetsk region. On September 28, 2016, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Tysiv, Bolekhiv City Council, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
