- Tetyana Viktorivna Vynogradskaya was born on May 3, 1988, in the city of Horodnia, Chernihiv region. In 2007, she graduated from the International Medical College. For over 10 years, Master Sergeant Tetyana Vynogradskaya dedicated herself to the protection of the state border. She diligently and proactively performed her official duties and established herself as a disciplined, educated, hard-working, and conscientious serviceman. Under any circumstances, she remained decent and honest. Since 2012, Tetyana Vynogradskaya conducted border control and the passage of individuals, vehicles, cargo, and other property through the state border of Ukraine, which involved entry and exit to and from Ukraine. Skillfully applying technical means of border control, as well as due to her personal vigilance and professional skill, Tetyana Vynogradskaya had high performance indicators in operational and service activities. Thus, with her participation, checks of confirming documents and interviews with foreigners and stateless individuals were conducted. Since the beginning of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, despite the difficult conditions of service, Tetyana stood shoulder to shoulder with her male comrades in defense of Ukraine. On November 9, 2022, the enemy shelled the observation post of the "Hirsk" border guard service with a Grad multiple launch rocket system, where Tetyana Vynogradskaya was at the time. As a result of the injuries sustained, the woman died on the spot. She is survived by her husband (also a serviceman) and a daughter. For her personal courage and selfless actions demonstrated in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and her loyalty to the military oath, Master Sergeant Tetyana Vynogradskaya was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.Memory Book of the MIA System
