- Paratrooper Vadym Lutsenko (call sign Kuts) was killed on December 6, 2022, while carrying out a combat mission in the area of the settlement of Bilohirivka in the Luhansk region. The defender was 26 years old. Vadym was born in the village of Volovodivka, Vinnytsia region. He graduated from vocational school No. 14 in the settlement of Voronovytsia, where he obtained the qualifications of plasterer, tiler, and painter. He worked in his specialty at the firm "Star-Bud Yevko" in Poland. He dedicated his free time to his family, whom he loved very much. When the full-scale war began, the man returned to his homeland. In the autumn of 2022, he joined the ranks of the airborne assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 81st separate airmobile brigade. He held the position of gunner in the 90th separate airmobile battalion. "Vadym was an extraordinarily cheerful, energetic, kind, sensitive, hardworking and sociable man. He was in a hurry to live, as if he knew that he had very little time left. The love of his whole life is our little daughter Zlatusia, whom he was very much looking forward to and adored," said the fallen soldier's wife, Inna. "At the beginning of the war, when everyone was leaving abroad, my child returned from abroad to defend Ukraine. My son was brave and always believed in the victory of our country," wrote Elvira Lutsenko-Pylypenko. The military was buried in his native village. At home, Vadym was awaited by his mother, brothers, sisters, wife, and daughter.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
