Vadym L. Moruzhenko

Moruhenko Vadym Leonidovych was born in the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. He was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2016 and took part in combat operations in eastern Ukraine. When the full-scale war began, he was sent to the most difficult and hellish directions of the front - he carried out combat missions in the Lysychansk direction in the Luhansk region. He died on March 23, 2022 in a battle near the city of Lysychansk in the Luhansk region, but he could only be laid to rest on June 25, 2022. For personal courage and selfless actions displayed in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath, Moruhenko Vadym Leonidovych was awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree (posthumously).
