Vadym O. Chornyi (Black)

Vadym Oleksandrovych Chornyi was born on September 26, 1992, in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, where he also lived. In 2013, he participated in the Revolution of Dignity in Kyiv. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he stood up to defend the state. He held the position of senior anti-aircraft gunner in the special forces company of one of the elite military units. He was killed on July 30, 2022, while performing a combat mission in the area of Novoselivka village. He was buried in the village of Skybyn, Uman district, Cherkasy region. He is survived by his parents.
