Біографія
Valeriy was born on July 13, 1976, in the village of Bilopillia, Shepetivka district, in the Khmelnytskyi region. When he was 4 years old, the family moved to the city of Prokopyevsk in the Kemerovo region (Western Siberia). In 1986, the family returned home and settled in the city of Shepetivka. Valeriy graduated from 9 grades of Shepetivka Secondary School No. 3, Shepetivka Vocational Technical School No. 20, and tractor driver courses at Shepetivka Agricultural Machinery School, obtained a driver's license, and independently mastered construction professions. During vacations, Valeriy happily helped his grandfather and grandmother in Bilopillia with all rural work: mowing, stacking hay, and herding cows. He worked at the collective farm's grain elevator. For good work, he was awarded a valuable gift. He worked as a lathe operator, tractor driver, and driver at the Mokiyivka peasant association "Niva," and later at the Shepetivka Central District Hospital. In recent years, he went to Kyiv for work. Due to health reasons, Valeriy did not serve in the military, but when he received a summons, he did not seek ways to refuse, even though he had illnesses at that time that were incompatible with the conditions of front-line life. He only underwent a month of combat training at the Rivne military training ground and was sent to the ATO zone, in the area of the city of Mariupol. Despite the ceasefire at that time, the positions of the Ukrainian military were constantly shelled. On December 3, 2015, at 16:00, from the observation post in the area of responsibility of the 1st motorized infantry company, where Valeriy served, it was reported that an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group of 15 people was advancing towards the observation point. Approaching within 500-600 meters, the terrorists opened aimed fire on the observation post. Our military returned fire and requested support. The command decided to send a reserve of the company (two motorized infantry squads on two BRDM-2s) for assistance. Around 17:20, near the village of Hnutove, a BRDM-2, in which Valeriy was, was blown up by an enemy mine. As a result of the explosion, five soldiers were injured, and unfortunately, Valeriy Chysliuk was killed.Військова служба
