- Born on January 6, 1991, in the village of Andriyashivka, Berdychiv district, Zhytomyr region. Studied at the general education school in the village of Andriyashivka, Berdychiv district. After the death of his mother, he moved to his aunt's home in the village of Kyriivka, Lyubar district, Zhytomyr region. In 2008, he graduated from the general education school in the village of Kyriivka, Lyubar district. Served mandatory military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2010, he served under contract in the 26th Separate Artillery Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A3091, city of Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region). From July 2014, he participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 31, 2014, Senior Soldier Malyanivskyi was killed near the village of Vesela Hora, Slovianoserbskyi district, Luhansk region, during shelling from the territory of the Russian Federation. He was buried on September 3, 2014, in the cemetery of the village of Andriyashivka, Berdychiv district. On October 29, 2014, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the village of Andriyashivka, Berdychiv district, on the facade of the general education school building (8 Pavlo Yashchuk Street), where Vasyl Malyanivskyi studied, in his honor and that of two other graduates (Pavlo Yashchuk and Serhiy Korenivskyi).
