Vasyl P. Hlushko

Glushko Vasyl Pavlovych was born on January 10, 1982, in the town of Kalynivka, Vinnytsia region. He studied at Kalynivka Secondary School No. 1. He graduated from Novohrebel Vocational School. He worked as a metalworker at the Kalynivka Machine-Building Plant. He later worked at the Kordeliv Feed Mill. From the first day of the full-scale Russian invasion, he was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 10th Battalion of the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade. On May 13, 2022, he was seriously wounded during a Russian military shelling in the Mykolaiv region. He died from his wounds on May 14, 2022, in a military hospital.
